Fred Meyer Deals for the week 10/9/11

Sorry to not have gotten these deals up before now.  I'm in a thumb splint (don't ask) and so it makes typing a bit of a pain and then I took the kids out to play (how nice of a day IS it out there today, huh?) and then spent the rest of the morning trying to clean my house while keeping the kids company (dad worked this weekend).  So, it's been a full weekend so far :).

There are some pretty good deals at Fred Meyer this week.  The carving pumpkin is really trying to call me as I would LOVE to toast up some pumpkin seeds...but I also know that pumpkins up here are just going to rot before Halloween at this point...decisions decisions *laugh*.

The best deals I could find at Fred Meyers this week. Not a great spread by any means, but some good sales none-the-less.
