Recipe Share: Roasted Red Pepper Dip

It is VERY rare you find a recipe for any type of dip that doesn't require garlic in some form (and some of them, like salsa, just plain taste not good without it *sniff*...I miss salsa).

So, when I saw this I had to share.  I made this with a squirt of cranberry juice and used regular molasses instead of the pomegranate molasses and it worked well.  I also used canned fire roasted red peppers (because I'm lazy...let's face facts here) and it was still quite tasty!
