We Preserve it Wednesday: How to make Spicy Refrigerator Pickles

Here's a great way to get your "feet wet" when it comes to making pickles.  Make refrigerator pickles (you just make them and put them in the fridge when done instead of canning them :).

Me?  I'm waiting for my Ball Blue Book to come in the mail, am going to find me a recipe that doesn't call for garlic, and I'm going to can me some pickles.  I love them and had to give all of mine away because they all contained garlic :(.  How depressing!
